My mouse disconnects and reconnects randomly. Apparently it is the dongle, I noticed the light of the connectivity will turn off then my mouse LED would consistently blink white, then goes back to my normal DPI color. This happens every time I don't touch the mouse for a minute or so, it does not happen during gaming at all, so it’s not a huge deal but it definitely feels a bit annoying seeing it disconnect for no reason after a minute of not touching it. Here are the things I've already tried:
-Changed polling rate back to 1k
-Changed USB ports (I'm on a gaming laptop so I only have 2)
-Deleted all game profiles
-Changed Wireless Power Mode and low battery mode
-Disconnected and reconnected the dongle multiple times
-Exited Synapse and it still does the problem
-Firmware is already updated
