I have had my Viper V2 for many months now and the mouse randomly would not work. I tried restarting my computer, updating, reinstalling drivers, and swapping cables. The mouse works fine when its plugged into directly through wired means but other than that nothing works. please help me

No luck, I have tried everything. My other wireless mouse works fine in terms of connectivitiy (Razer Basilisk Ultimate) while I continue to have to luck with my V2 Pro.
10 minutes later: After much further testing and tweaking my dongle has come back to life somehow but it won’t work through the hyperspeed adapter, even though my other wireless mouse dongle works fine through the adapter.
