Viper Ultimate - acting up anybody ? | Razer Insider

Hello everyone, hope you all better and safe.

this past couple days im experiencing really annoying from my viper ultimate, the mice is acting up is like the mice register everything very slow (when you click, moved, aim etc, takes 2sec to register in game) i did all the troubleshoot i could think of and seems nothing have to fix this. does anybody experience this problem, if so please let me know how to fix it.



i owned my 2 vipers for about 1 viper is about 2 years and viper cyberpunk just for collection (had the same problem even though brand new out of the box)
1st thing I'd check it on another PC to verify it's hardware (mouse problem) or software with your PC.

i did on my razer blade, have the same problem, and clean re install the software still having the same problem

Check if the issue is happening too while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled. Should the behavior persists, please send me a PM including your device's serial number. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
