Viper Ultimate battery life stuck at 4%

This problem just came up today and I can't fix what's happening, I tried re-installing the razer synapse, restarting my system, and tried charging without synapse open. I need help. It's been like this for hours. So basically I can plug my Viper Ultimate in and it looks like it's charging but it won't. Indicators and all so I've only been able to use my mouse like this for the past day. Edit: it seems like this was a bug and just needed to be charged fully to 100% in 5 hours, the bug thinks it's stuck at 4% until it reaches 100% it's weird.

This could be a visual glitch. Have you tried reinstalling Synapse yet? I highly recommend that you do so by following this guide. Send me the serial number should you need further assistance. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
