I love this mouse but it suddenly stopped working. Left Click is shaded out in Synapse (Customize). I read online that I may need an update but it seems to be current. I uninstalled the drivers and Synapse and reinstalled.
Now there is a message in Synapse when I hover over Left Click, “To configure this button assign the Left Click function first to another button.” I did that and assigned Left Click to Mouse 5 and now Left Click is working but it is still greyed out and if I reassign Mouse 5 back to Mouse 5 from Left Click then Left Click does not work.
If I change Mouse Use in Synapse from Right Handed to Left then the problem switches over to Right Click and Left Click functions normally.
I cannot solve the issue through google search so help me Obi Wan Kenobi you are my only hope!
