Lost my Viper Ultimate Bluetooth dongle and from what I've read on the forums you can't replace it. The Mouse Pairing Utility helps with connecting to your old or new dongle. Anyways, we can try to request a spare dongle for your Viper Ultimate. I can submit a ticket request for one on your behalf if it's available in your region.
