Viper Ultimate not charging

I’ve had the mouse for about a year now and always took care of it. Today it stopped charging. Basically, it shows that it’s charging on the docks LED, the mouses LED and on synapse, but it always stays at the 3% and never recharges. I have the latest firmware update and I washed everything with qtips and alcohol. Nothing works. Please help.

    Have you tried repositioning the mouse on the dock? Also, have you checked for any bent pins from the dock? Please clean the charging dock by using a can of compressed air and see if it helps. Should the issue persist, please send me a PM including the device's serial number. Let's continue from there.
