I recently bought a razer viper ultimate with the charging dock and its working great however the battery has died and it no longer charges anymore. I’ve tried using both the charging cable and the dock but nothing works. I’ve tried updating and reinstalling synapse but still nothing.



PS: When I connect wired or plug on the dongle, the DPI start flashing in green color

That's sad to hear. Any incidents that occurred to the mouse that could have triggered the issue? Does the same behavior happen while plugging the mouse directly (bypassing the charging dock) into your PC using its charging cable? Please follow the steps from this article and see how it goes.

Hi, nope, no incidents. But before it happened, the mouse started to heat a lot and the battery goes from 65% to 0% in 10 minutes. After this the mouse disconnected and I couldn't connect anymore.



The DPI starts flashing green when I plug the mouse with cable to the PC and when I put it to the docker.

Try resetting the mouse while it is using its cable and plugged into your PC, and reset it through the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings. Should the issue persists and the mouse is still in its warranty period, please have it replaced. Please contact where you purchased the device or send me a PM if bought from the Razer Store or an authorized reseller.
