it was working well last night but suddenly it doesnt work on any programs i turned off synapse and everything reset mouse too but,,, still not working

    Were there any incidents that happened to your device before the issue? Also, does the issue happen when Synapse is closed or disabled? Let's isolate the problem by connecting the Razer Viper Ultimate to a different computer and check if the behavior persists.
