Hi All Wonder if you can help - having some issues with the Viper Ultimate. It's been working perfectly find for the past few months, however recently I've noticed that the DPI has started dropping, despite me not changing the DPI settings (it's sat on 9.5k DPI at all times) - it works perfectly fine when plugged in via the USB cable, but when wireless it starts getting sluggish after a few minutes. Any help that can be provided would be appreciated!

    Were there any changes made to your device/system before the issue? Is Razer Synapse running in the background when the issue occurs? Let's isolate the problem first by following the steps from this link. Let's see if it helps. Else, please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM.
