Dear support, i just got a brand new Viper V2 pro, where i have downloaded and update all firmware to the latest available. The issue i have is with Synapse allowing 100, 500, 1000hz only. I would like to get that 4000 hz polling rate.

Do you have Hyperpolling dongle (not the dongle that comes with the mouse).

If yes, download firmware and update it.
