Viper v2 pro cant connect

Question

I have a problem when your mouse can’t connect when plugging in the dongle and the wired, i don’t know why but please someone help me fix it because I don’t want to waste 100+ dollars on a mouse an having it for couple of months and it broke

You can try removing drivers, doing synapse clean reinstall:Uninstall SynapseDownload & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftoversThen restart your PCAfter reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).But IMO the fastest (and the best) way is to connect it to another PC (without synapse installed) and test it via cable and 2.4GHz Hyperspeed dongle.
