Razer viper V2 pro,
only works wired, i tried the adapter with the dongle, and just the dongle, doesnt make any sound when connected, doesnt show up on device manager or anything, the mouse will just flash white around 3 times then stops. I tried the firmware update for the wireless mode, it told me to plug the dongle in, I did so and razer software didnt detect it either. I no longer have warranty for this mouse either.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into you PC’s motherboard. If possible, try connecting it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for options.
