Hello everyone. i bought a razer v2 pro wireless on vinted and i realised that the usb dongle doesnt work and thers not even the sound when i connect it.I checked other posts but nothing worked.Maybe someone has a solution ?

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you connect your mouse to another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
