Viper pro V2 dongle stopped working out of nowhere, works fine when plugged though, but I want to use it without one, do you know any fixes or should I get a replacement

my dongel the same , not working at all the mouse does wired

I have just had the same issue, looking into some other threads it seems the best course of action is to contact razer support in hopes of a replacement hub or mouse.
