My mouse is not connecting using the dongle, I have to connect it with a wire. Pretty sure the dongle is broken, but I am outside the warranty period. I have had this mouse for 2-3 years while it performs well, the scroll wheel does not work (found other people with same problem), and now even the dongle doesn’t work. Feels like it was built from scrap pieces for a 200 dollar mouse., It’s pretty apparent now I have had to pull out my old Logitech which for reference is still working after 5 years (it was only 70 dollars). If you have any idea how to fix this pls help.
