I recently bought a brand new Razer Viper V2 pro and my dongle doesn’t work the mouse works perfectly fine with wired connection but when I swiched to wireless dongle doesn’t connect to the mouse tested it on 2 different computers but still doesn’t work. Hopefully this issue gets resolved since I noticed that alot of people are having the same issues as me

- Ensure the wireless dongle is connected directly to your computer instead of a USB hub. If already connected, try a different USB port.
- Make sure there is a direct line of sight between the dongle and the mouse to minimize interference.
- pdate your mouse firmware and use the pairing utility to re-pair your device with the dongle. You can follow the steps provided here.
