Dongle is not working, but the mouse could work with wire.
I have submitted the case via razer support on 4th Jan 2024, it havn’t been solved.

Dongle is visible in windows device manager when you’ll connect it to USB port? (also check other USB ports if possible or even check it on another PC).
I have tried every ports and tried it in more than 5 others laptop/PC

So you can only wait for Razer Support - most probably you’ll get new replacement.
