Dongle is not working, but the mouse could work with wire.
I have submitted the case via razer support on 4th Jan 2024, it havn’t been solved.

+1Dongle is visible in windows device manager when you’ll connect it to USB port? (also check other USB ports if possible or even check it on another PC).
