Viper V2 Pro dongle stopped working

I’m facing an issue where my Viper V2 Pro would work for a few minutes and disconnects after. I tried plugging the dongle back in or into other ports and my laptop just seems to be unable to detect the dongle being plugged in. I’ve already confirmed that my laptop ports are still working using other device, it’s just the Viper V2 pro dongle that stopped working.

I understand you are having issues with your Viper V2 Pro. No worries, let me help you. Please try these troubleshooting steps to help resolve your concern:

 

1. Clean the affected area by blowing compressed air in between the gaps or components to remove any dust or dirt that may be stuck and cause interference.

2. Check if your mouse disconnects when Razer Synapse is turned on.

3. Check if the software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.

4. Try to see if the issue persists using wired mode.
