As the title states, my mouse and everything is fine, when I tried updating the firmware using the firmware updater, i could only update the mouse and not the dongle since it was detecting it so I can only assume that the dongle is the problem and doesnt work anymore.

Hey,
Try plugging it into a different computer. If you can connect the dongle successfully, then proceed in updating your mouse’s firmware. Feel free to send me a PM if the issue still persists. Do include the serial number of your Razer Viper V2 Pro so I can look for other troubleshooting steps.
