Mouse turns on fine, charges fine, but when i start using it, it will die after roughly 30 minutes. I then plug it back in, and it says its fully charged?? I cant find any info about this, when it “dies” it will start flashing a white light twice, over and over again. Bought the mouth 2 months ago, had no problems, but now its doing this.

Viper V2 pro flashing white light, charges, and lasts 20 minutes before dying
My viper v2 Pro works fine with cable but whenever it shows a 100% sign it depletes to zero within 5 minutes and when i used the mouse in wired is not being charge when i use the synapse app it shows 0 but when is outside of the mouse performance it shows 100 is it a visual glitch or anything. Whenever i charge it doesnt show the light or anything but instead shows the dpi button colour which doesnt help cause then i dont know when it finishes charging
