Viper v2 pro not pairing with replacement dongle
I submitted a case about 3 weeks ago to get my new 2.4 hyperspeed dongle and my replacement dongle finnally came today. I plug it into my pc and I hear it connect but it wont show up on razer synapse and wont work. I try to give it a firmware update but it wont work because I cant move my mouse what do I do?

Also how it's detected in Windows device manager?
