I own a Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse that has been working perfectly until recently. I take great care of it: I clean it regularly, it has never been dropped, and I always use the original cable to charge it through my laptop, as I usually do.
However, the last time I connected it to charge, I noticed that my laptop kept making the USB disconnect/connect sound repeatedly, as if the mouse was losing connection on its own. I left it charging for about an hour, and when I came back, the mouse was no longer turning on or being detected by my PC.
I’ve tried different cables, USB ports, and even charging it through other power sources, but there’s no response at all—no lights, no detection by the system. It’s as if the mouse is completely dead. I also tried other computers, and the result was the same.
This is very concerning since the mouse is in excellent physical condition and was charged in a normal and careful way using the original cable.
Could you please help me with a possible diagnosis or let me know if repair or replacement options are available? I’d really appreciate any support you can provide.
