Mouse works when its connected via usb but the hypershift dongle and normal 2.4 ghz dongle doesn’t show when connected to pc.

Let me assist you with your Razer Viper V2 Pro dongle conenction issue. Please make sure that the wireless dongle is connected directly to your computer and not to a USB hub. If it's already connected directly to the computer, try a different USB port. Also, please ensure that the dongle has direct line of sight to ensure minimal interference.
