As the title suggests, i have been unable to get my viper v2 pro to connect wirelessly to my computer. It worked for like a good week or two but then stopped connecting. Keep in mind this was when i originally bought it. I then contacted razer and they shipped me a replacement dongle, which did not work. They then sent a replacement mouse which worked fine for a week then also stopped connecting.I highly doubt this is a problem with my PC and I've been able to use mice from other companies before without any issues.This is more or less my last ditch effort but if anyone has had a similar issue please as well as any alternate ways that I might be able to fix this please let me know.

To further isolate the issue, please make sure to update your mouse firmware and use the pairing utility here. If the same problem persists, PM me your device serial number and your previous case number so I can check and provide other workarounds. All the best!
