I bought my Viper V3 Hyperspeed a couple of days ago, and I noticed that when I plugged the included battery in, Razer Synapse only showed a quarter of a battery. I continued using it, thinking the battery just discharged. The battery ran out within the day. I changed my battery and the same quarter of a battery icon showed. I tried seeing if it was the battery indicator from the software that was at fault. But the mouse stopped working after the battery indicator had gotten to 0.

Hello there,
Try reinstalling your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work out, shoot me a message via PM along with the serial number of your Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
