I am trying to connect my new mouse I just got (the razer viper v3 hyperspeed) but it wont detect it in the synapse 4 software. It does show up in my dashboard as a device next to my keyboard but it wont get passed the loading phase, it is literally sits on detecting device for almost a whole day, anyone know what to do?
