Hi, i recently bought the new viper v3 Pro mouse. I've charged it fully and used it with the dongle wireless. Now it got to 13% so I unplugged the dongle and plugged the cable into the mouse. It's charging, but I can't use the mouse.
The cross hair doesn't pop up on the monitor and i can't use the mouse. It is plugged in and charging tho, so cable works and mouse works. What am I doing wrong?
