Quick question. When I'm playing cs. My mouse sometimes just stop for a split second and teleport on the bottom of the screen. I would say its happen once or twice per hour.
I’m using 1000hz pulling rate and tried both 8k and 500 and nothing helped. I also tried blow in to the sensor but didn't helped and I couldn't see anything there as well.
my game running at 400 fps non stop so I don't think it would be any pc issues as it was working just find for past 6 months and my mouse started having those issues in past 3 days.
Mouse was bought in April so its only been 8/9 months. since I got this mouse.
Can I still get refund on something like this?
Also with a refund will they send me money for it or send me replacement?
