Viper V3 Pro mouse not connecting or charging.

Hi,

I have been trying to get my mouse to connect to my PC all night but it's not working.

The dongle makes a connection noise when plugged in but doesn't connect and when I plug the mouse in directly, there is no connection sound. I have tried holding the power button but nothing changes. The red light inside the mouse is blinking from a dim red to a bright red. 

The synapse app also does not recognise the mouse, but had no problem finding the dongle and checking it for firmware updates. 

I have also tried holding the left and right mouse button before connecting, but I never get a flash to indicate the mouse has reset.

I've only had this mouse for over a month. :(

1. Ensure you are using the original cable that came with the mouse.
2. Fully insert the cable into the USB-C port until you feel a "click" to ensure a secure connection.
3. If the red light is blinking, this may indicate a low battery. Ensure the mouse is getting power when connected directly.
4. Try different USB ports or a different power source.
5. Test the mouse on different computer and check if the issue perisist.
