I recently bought the Viper V3 Pro and it has charging issues as well. I tried charging mine earlier today at 24%. I left it charging and went out for a bit. When I got back, I found its battery going down to 7% while having it plugged in.

Hello r3kki,
Have you tried updating your mouse firmware here? Does it light up when charging? We recommend using the original cable that came with the mouse and dongle to ensure a proper fit in the USB-C port. Also, make sure the cable is fully seated. If the same problem persists, send me a PM with your device serial number so I can provide other workarounds to resolve the issue. All the best!
