I recently bought the Viper V3 Pro and it has charging issues as well. I tried charging mine earlier today at 24%. I left it charging and went out for a bit. When I got back, I found its battery going down to 7% while having it plugged in.

Have you tried updating your mouse firmware here? Does it light up when charging? We recommend using the original cable that came with the mouse and dongle to ensure a proper fit in the USB-C port.
