I have recently bought a Viper V3 pro and it's not charging. I left my house with the mouse at 38% and when I'm back, it flashes red light and it was 0%

I’m here to help. I understand that your Razer Viper V3 Pro not charging. To resolced this issue, kindly perform the steps below:
- Make sure that the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub.
- Use the original cable that comes with it and ensure that the cable is fully seated.
- Ensure to update your Razer Viper V3 Pro firmware.
- Test the mouse with a different system without Synapse if applicable.
