Viper V3 Pro Not Working via Wireless or Wired Connection

I'm facing an issue with my Viper V3 Pro. The wireless dongle is being detected by the PC, but the mouse itself isn’t working at all—there’s no response or light on the dongle, even though the PC recognizes it. I also tried connecting the mouse via the cable, but it still isn’t working or getting detected. I'm really concerned and need help resolving this.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. You can then update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
