Hello! I recently got a viper v3 pro and I’ve been having this issue where after like 15-20 minutes maybe a bit more I get this random disconnect for like a second, I can see the mouse losing connection to the dongle (the indicator lights go off and back on). I tried to reinstall drivers and everything + going to usb 2.0 port instead of 3.2 to not mess with the dongle, but it still does it. The mouse works perfectly fine wired. I did some research on this issue and I came to the conclusion that this might be a software bug. Can anyone help me?
Forgot to mention, I tried my older mice, a gpx and a lamzu and they work perfectly fine

viper v3 pro random disconnect
Hello, did you ever get this working? And if so, how did you do it? I had Razer replace my first copy of Viper V3 Pro and this second version is doing the same thing (disconnecting for a 4-5 seconds or more before reconnecting randomly during games and out of games, on multiple different computers with the latest Synapse and without, on the latest firmwares for dongle/mouse). I also have many other brand mouse and none have ever done this - Lamzu, Logitech, Endgame Gear, Zaopin, Vaxee etc.
