I wasn't using my PC for a week, and when I came back, my mouse wouldn't work. The mouse is fully charged but works only in wired mode and cannot connect to the dongle. The pairing utility gives me an error when I try to pair it.

Can you connect the mouse to another computer to see if the issue continues? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
