I bought a kiyo pro ages ago and registered it like I do all my razer products. (I use mostly razer when I can although it is starting to price me out lately) I dont have a virtual ring light code anywhere and when I go to the support where it takes me to a thing to enter my device serial number and says an email was sent to me but I dont seem to have an email? I got several advertisement emails from razer recently but nothing with a ringlight code and clicking on support just takes me to that page and doesnt let me put in a ticket or anything? WTF do I do here! 

I have the same problem. I contacted support and provided the information they requested. Then another person responded to that response email telling me to go to the very site that isn't working. She/he obviously did not even read my response that included screenshots and everything. What a waste of time! Did you ever figure it out?


Sadly I did not.  I gave up on it really.  and their physical ring light lasted just over a year before it just quit working. I have it mounted and the switch mounted next to me and had been since I got it and one day just wouldnt work.  Pretty much everything I own is Razer and I am usually super happy with that but between the ring light, this BS, and their terrible customer service I am looking into other options. Its sad too because I have loved razer for over a Decade now and it seems they are too focused on designer brands and being attractive to rich people to care about customer support and product quality anymore.  Truly sad but nothing I can do.  im not rich enough for them to care about me. even if everything I own that can be is razer these days.


I totally agree with you. I was finally able to get the code after two emails and two different chats. But I was sadly disappointed by the virtual ring light. It's not bright at all. I wasted time getting the code only to be underwhelmed by the app.
