Volume - button is not working

Hello there!! So I have this issue I have the Razer Phone 2 and suddenly my volume button stopped working, I can't even take screenshots, it is the minus button... I'm based in Mexico so Does anyone knows how the warranty works in this case? I've been trying to reach out to Razer support via mail but they aren't answering.
