I know that there have been some threads on this topic already, but the solution there didn't work for me. As many others I am also struggling with the volume on my Kraken TE - it's just too soft even at top volume. Considering the price of these headphones it's incredibly frustration. I've tried everything from various other threads:
- Reinstalled Synapse several times
- Turned the switch from chat to headphones
- Increased the volume to max on the remote
- Tried without the remote
- Enabled / Disabled THX
- Reinstalled the drivers
- Checked volume options for applications
None of this worked for me... Sometimes I can hear the volume go soft as I'm listening to music. It also sounds like the right side is softer than the left.
Am I meant to be on "Chat" or "Game" for default device? Only "Chat" works for me, the rest of the sound options are dead (including THX).
What else can I do to try and fix this?
