My volume up / down button skips every second step while I need the full resolution. Any fix suggestion?

    Try using a can of compressed air to clean the volume buttons. Does the issue happen while connecting the keyboard to another USB port or computer? Please disable or close the Razer Synapse 3.0 and check if the behavior continues. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
