Everything about this headset has been great, but out of the box the volume wheel doesnt do anything. Im playing on PS5 and cant seem to find any settings to fix this issue.

I found a fix, you still cant control the volume with the wheel, but you can control the volume on the headset. 

 

Step 1) press the PS button on your controller then navigate to the speaker/volume setting and click it.

Make sure you are on the right headset.

 

Step 2) scroll all the way down to audio focus at the very bottom under accessibility 

 

Step 3) turn on use audio focus. Then set focus type to Boost Quiet sounds.

 

Step 4) go down to adjustment level and set it to strong or which ever you chose.

 

And you're done. Your volume should be loud or medium depending on what you chose.
