Volume wheel on razer kraken ultimate not working

Hello, my volume wheel on my razer kraken ultimates have stopped working. This issue has happened once already in the past, but I was able to fiddle around with some audio settings and a clean reinstall of synapse and I brought them back to life. It has happened once again, but now the things I did before to fix them, didn't work. I've tried repairing my synapse app, updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, all to no avail.

I'm having the same issue. My PC will register that im using the wheel by popping up the volume scale but it wont change from whatever its set from. It worked until I reinstalled Synapse to fix other issues and I'm not sure how to fix it

I'm having this same issue.. brand new ultimate headset I received yesterday, but for some reason the volume wheel won't work! The volume pops up, but it will not actually change as I scroll. If anyone knows how to fix this, help!

This issue actually managed to correct itself the next day for me after my PC was turned off for the night. Unfortunately, I'm returning this headset as I've experienced several other issues with it including it stopping all audio for up to 5 seconds at times (really bad if you're in a team fight) and functions of the Synapse app not working at all. Pretty disappointed in this product and imo it wasn't worth the $150. My $20 headset doesnt look nearly as cute but at least it functions and has better sound quality.
