Hi, My Razer Deathadder Elite's left click isn't working properly. It should still be under the two-year warranty. I bought it off Amazon in the summer of 2020, and I have the proof of purchase. I think it may have underwent a change in its serial number, not sure. Can I get my mouse replaced?

    Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Have you tried testing it on a different computer to check if it has the same issue? Please send me the serial number of your DeathAdder Elite via PM. I can use it to verify its model and check its warranty status. Let's go from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
