My well loved Razer Barracuda X has met it’s end (it still works just physical) and has broken.

It was bought from Oct. 2 2022 to Dec. 31 2022, which means that it is in the time period of the warranty date. I just want to know if I need to ship the headphones in the box in order for it to get repaired. (Any other information is welcomed and thanked)
