Warranty Issue

Hey guys, before 2 days ago I bought (Razer Blade 15, 2021, with 3070 RTX) . The thing is that I bought it from a seller. That says the laptop comes with a warranty, and the warranty is the (the recipient in Amazon). He changed his name to mine. And sent me the recipient. Now the problem if I had any problem with the laptop who is going to take the responsibility? And can I make a replacement if there's any factory problems? (With the recipient from Amazon) that he sent to me. Thank you!
