I got my blackshark v2 as a gift so I don't know the date of purchase. I have the serial number and product number and proof of purchase. Is there a way to register the product without the date of purchase

    You can register it while placing an estimate on when you purchased or received the product. However, if the time comes that you need to request a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required.
