Does anyone know of any way to contact customer support? I have a faulty headset which requires replacement or repair. The chat option does not work and despite only purchasing the headset in November last year the website tells me it's out of warranty. I have received no response for Facebook or Instagram messages either. I can't find an email address or phone number. It's like Razer don't have a customer service dept. Many thanks.
