Warranty registration error

Hello I bought a kraken v3 X. When I try to register the warranty to get the code to enable 7.1 surround, a message appears saying "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again". I have tried many times and the message keeps appearing.

Are you trying to register your device via Synapse or via the Razer website? Do send me a PM, should the issue persists. I'll pick it up from there. Locking this thread now.
