I bought a set of Razer Hammerheads right out of the box they don't work. The case however does charge my old pair, just the new buds themselves don't enter pairing mode or anything, they don't turn on after charging over night. I'm trying to register my product online and it says cannot find serial number. I've tried multiple variations of O's and 0's. Anyone have any advice or solutions? I just bought them and am disappointed they are duds out of the box as I own many razer products and have had great luck otherwise! I have my proof of purchase and original packaging they came in.
