On the forum it sais Amazon purchases are honoured for warranty services under the post “Razer Warranty Not Honored for Amazon Reseller”. As I understand it, and could be wrong, the post implied warranty services are not honoured for amazon, but the dev post claimed they were. This leads me to my issue.
I Purchased an Amazon Wolverine Ultimate controller from amazon 8 months ago. I can provide proof of purchase. When I contacted amazon they said warranty services were 6 months, and since I was out of warranty I was out of luck, but when I looked it up on your website, it said warranty services last a year from date of purchase. Does this include from amazon, or is this case-by-case? Because when I enter my controller’s serial number into the warranty service it said it is no longer available, even though the date of purchase from amazon was June 19th 2023 (8 months exactly).

My issue is a shoulder controller button I need has stopped working, and I was wondering if I can get warranty support to fix it? If you can help, let me know where to provide proof of purchase and I will.
