so I purchased an item from the razor website, and after approximately six months of use, the deep pad on the keyboard, quit working completely well it worked, but like my left, and forward would not work at all, and I actually had just bought a new one and discovered the register the item and heard about a warranty. I’m just wondering I still have the proof of purchase from both items And the order number with the price and everything that it claims to need do I just send that with the proof and the item into razor and then they’ll send me a new one or how do I go upon getting my warranty for the one because they don’t sell replacement parts and I’m assuming they must go out often since it is just a little clicker button inside of the deep pad
